Returns & Exchanges

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted once the order is delivered.

  • Exceptions apply only in the case of:

    • A manufacturing defect, or

    • An error in the order (wrong size, color, or item).

If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or correction where possible.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if:

    • The product is unavailable after payment, or

    • A confirmed defect/error cannot be resolved with a replacement.

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Note: Items that have been worn, used, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.
