Returns & Exchanges

No returns or exchanges are accepted once the order is delivered.

A manufacturing defect, or

An error in the order (wrong size, color, or item).

If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or correction where possible.
Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

The product is unavailable after payment, or

A confirmed defect/error cannot be resolved with a replacement.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Note: Items that have been worn, used, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.
