Inspiration behind the print

Shadows & Stillness
This design draws its inspiration from the interplay between shadows and structure. Influenced by the silent beauty of dusk and the lines cast by architectural silhouettes at sunset, the print embraces minimalism through contrast. The repeating horizontal and vertical bands evoke feelings of stability and grace, while the negative space between them introduces lightness. The abaya captures a balance of movement and stillness, echoing timeless design principles through symmetry, rhythm, and space.

Urban Geometry
The print also takes cues from the visual rhythm of urban landscapes – grids, windows, and skylines. The structured lines and blocks in the design mimic the repetition and order seen in modern city architecture. This fusion of tradition with contemporary form gives the abaya a cosmopolitan edge while staying rooted in elegance and cultural expression.
